South Dakotans state-wide are not happy that our legislators have such disrespect for us that they thought repealing an anti-corruption bill just 3 months after voters approved the measure at the polls was a "necessary" move. On top of that, they ensured we could not bring the measure back for a vote by adding an unwarranted emergency clause to their spiteful HR 1069 repeal bill.
