I think this is a “right to work” bill, anti-union::::::

HB 1184     exempt certain persons working in postsecondary technical institutes from collective bargaining provisions.

 

HB 1196     lower the compulsory attendance age for school attendance

 

HB 1133     require each school district to adopt a plan to provide for students with specific learning disabilities

The no death penalty for mentally ill::::

HB 1099     require a sentence of life imprisonment for certain persons with severe mental illness and to provide for a determination of severe mental illness in those cases

 

The referendum process:::::

HB 1141     provide for a legislative task force to consider certain legislation proposed to revise provisions regarding the initiative and referendum process in South Dakota.

HB 1074     provide for limits on certain out-of-state contributions to ballot question committees.
